Every part was stripped down, run through the ultrasonic cleaner, then properly regreased or oiled during reassembly - no shortcuts. It’s now set up as a 1x9 drivetrain, retaining the original Deore LX rear derailleur and shifter, paired with a new 34t oval narrow-wide chainring for smooth, quiet pedaling.

The original front wheel was in rough shape, so a quality used replacement was sourced. Used BMX pedals and Bontrager grips handle contact points, while new tubes, tires, chain, and cables complete the refresh and make it ready for many more miles.

The frame is 6061 Aluminum with a 15" seat tube and a Marchozzi Bomber fork.
