Most photos are stock photos. Although both items are in great shape, they are used and show signs of wear. Mostly the ladder, because I only setup the carport for 2 months, but did not use it. I bought this to use as a spray booth. But never had to use it. It's less than a year old and in excellent shape. It has a metal pole skeleton with a heavy tarp outer skin, tie downs, ratchet straps, etc. I'll throw in the golf club hardshell rolling case that I store it in. So you can roll it where you need it, set it up and enjoy. I've seen them used as an outdoor grill/shade setup, storage, a very spacious camping tent for extended stays. An outdoor music/pickin shed, etc. Easy to put up and take down. These sell for $229 at Harbor Freight. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality.
Also included is a Werner multi ladder. It's a 4, 5, 6 foot A-frame ladder but also can be opened up and used as a 6, 9, 12 foot straight ladder. I bought the Werner brand because the Little Giant brand did not seem near as sturdy. And at my age, sturdy is absolutely necessary. Because if I fall, it's gonna take me a while to get back up. So spending a few extra dollars was a no trainer for me.
