This inversion table is brand new and still in the box. I never even took it out I simply opened a part of the box to make sure it was what I had ordered. This inversion table has a heated lumbar, adjustable angle sets and much more. I would recommend you Google the Innova ITM 4800 for complete details or on the Amazon app where I purchased it. I paid $171 plus tax but I was hit head on on my Harley and due to my spinal cord injury I have been told I absolutely cannot use this. As previously stated it is brand new and never opened
