Up for sale is a truly rare monster of an Acoustic Electric Guitar...the Martin Grand J-35E. This is Martin's biggest, boldest, and loudest guitar ever produced. You can literally play small venues without an amplifier. It features a Select Tight Grained Sitka Spruce Top with East Indian Rosewood Back and Sides. The Fretboard and Bridge are both Ebony. It has a nut width of 1 3/4" and a Scale Length of 25 1/2". The guitar has been professionally setup with an exacting 4/32" and 3/32" action height and spot on intonation. This guitar is not for the timid, it's a very large, and very loud instrument. Cosmetically there are the usual signs of normal use such as pick scratches, small indentations, buckle rash, etc. There are no cracks or repairs. There is an area of capo marking behind the first fret and a few marks on the headstock. It has the legendary DTAR Dual Source System which is the only pickup that can truly capture the depth, balance, and resonance of the guitar's huge tone. It has the original TKL case that is a Jumbo Geib style. I will attach a review by Martin to the end of this listing which is very informative. Please understand that this is a used guitar with normal wear...that said if you are looking for a superb sounding used guitar this could be for you. Lower 48 only please.
