Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and reliable equipment operators for a short-term paving project lasting approximately 2–3 days. Candidates must be comfortable operating paving and compaction equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Operate asphalt paver and/or roller equipment
• Follow site safety guidelines and instructions
• Assist with general paving tasks as needed
• Maintain equipment in good working condition during use
Requirements:
• Prior experience operating a paver or roller
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
