This is trim-out / fixture replacement work. We supply fixtures and materials. You bring your basic hand tools (plumber) and show up ready to work.
Scope includes (typical):
Replace kitchen & vanity faucets + supply lines
Install/replace angle stops
Install/replace toilets
Install mixing valves and shower trim (plate/handle, shower head, tub spout, shower rod)
Replace water heaters (as scheduled)
General punch/trim support and cleanup
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to Walterboro jobsite
Dependable attendance (start date is firm: 7/06)
Ability to work cleanly in multi-family units
PPE required (boots, etc.)
Helper must be able to lift/carry fixtures and assist plumber
