Responsibilities:
- Safely move trailers within the yard to designated dock doors and parking areas
- Coordinate trailer movements with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain yard organization and safety standards
- Assist with directing and supporting other drivers as needed
- Help ensure efficient workflow during shift operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of switcher/yard jockey experience or 1 year of CDL driving hauling 53’ dryvan
- Experience assisting with or managing other drivers preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and reliability
